 Therapeutic Massage is a medium to light pressured touch based off of your comfort level and your bodies sensitivity. Customized to your specific needs. Which may be just for relaxation or most commonly to work out anything that may be bothering you, to bring you pain/stress relief and relaxation. 

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Therapeutic Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. The stones give 3 times the benefits.  

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine, for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
